Please note: Mobile Terminated (MT) and Mobile Originated (MO) messages are not impacted.

Start Date & Time: 2025-11-14 11:45 CET
Affected service: Charging Services.
Issue: Premium SMS messages for Telia Sweden subscribers may experience failures. Regular SMS messages are working as expected.

Our engineers are actively investigating the issue and maintaining direct communication with the operator.
