Dear Customers/Partners,

We would like to inform you that an unscheduled service disruption occurred on the Xenioo platform due to an issue at our provider’s data center during the night.

Impact:
During the incident, users were temporarily unable to access the Xenioo platform via www.xenioo.com.
Impact start time: 3:36 AM CEST
Impact end time: 4:03 AM CEST

The issue has now been fully resolved, and the platform is operating normally.
