[MyLINK 2.0] Issue with Message Status Updates in WhatsApp

Dear Customer/Partner,

We experienced an issue where MO (Mobile Originated) messages were correctly delivered and received by MyLINK, but some callbacks failed to reach client systems.
As a result, message delivery indicators were not visible in WhatsApp chats for some users, even though the messages were successfully delivered.
Our team has identified the root cause and applied a fix. Callback delivery is now operating normally.
