Dear valued Customer/Partner,

We are informing you about an unscheduled system disruption that occurred between 04 July 2025 at 09:28 CEST and 04 July 2025 at 09:42 CEST.

Affected services:

- Message Logs

Impact:

During the affected period, message statuses for SMS were not visible on the MyLINK 2.0 portal. As a result, Delivery Reports were not available for messages sent within that timeframe. Please note that message processing itself was not impacted.

The root cause has been identified, and the issue has since been resolved.
