During the above window, we will perform a planned maintenance activity related to our Salesforce Marketing Cloud Connector (SMS / Rich SMS / URL Shortener).

Service impact:
Full outage of MT/MO traffic — no messages will be sent or received via the SFMC connector during the intervention. Actual downtime is expected to last approximately 2–5 minutes within the maintenance window. All SFMC customers are affected.

Our teams will be supervising the platform throughout the maintenance window and aim to keep any disruption to an absolute minimum.
