The impact is not expected to be continuous and may occur intermittently at any time within the maintenance window.

Core messaging services, including MT and MO message sending, are not impacted and are expected to remain operational throughout the maintenance window.

Action is only required if you rely on a custom truststore, outdated JVM, static certificate store, or embedded/limited environment.
