We would like to notify you about an unscheduled system disturbance.

Start Date & Time: 2026-01-30 14:10 CET
End Date & Time: 2026-01-30 14:45 CET

Impact: Due to host instability, the WhatsApp platform experienced minor disruptions. Delivery receipts (DLRs) may have been delayed. No messages were lost during this period.

The instability also had a limited impact on Xenioo services, where bots may have responded slightly slower than usual.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
