We would like to inform you about planned maintenance related to the renewal of the SSL/TLS certificate used for *.pswin.com endpoints supporting GW2 APIs and related services.

Maintenance window:
27 October 2026, 12:30 PM - 1:00 PM CEST

Customer impact:
No service interruption is expected during this activity, and existing connections should continue to operate normally throughout the maintenance window.

Customers using certificate validation, certificate pinning, or manually managed trust stores may need to update their trusted certificates after the renewal. If you require the new certificate in advance for whitelisting or trust configuration purposes, please contact our Support Team.
