Dear Customer / Partner,
We would like to inform you about a planned maintenance activity scheduled within the below window:

Start Date & Time: 7 June 2026, 20:00 CEST
End Date & Time: 8 June 2026, 00:00 CEST

During this period, temporary service degradation may occur. While a full service outage is not expected, there is a possibility of intermittent availability issues.

Potential impact includes:
Messaging services (SMS, WhatsApp, Email, RCS) may experience interruptions. Message delivery is expected to continue under normal conditions; however, customers with expired authentication tokens may be temporarily unable to send messages until maintenance activities are completed.

Account creation will not be available during the maintenance window.

MyLINK 2.0 portal access may be intermittently unavailable, and users may experience difficulties logging in or accessing portal functionalities.

At this stage, no prolonged downtime is anticipated; however, short disruptions (up to approximately 30 minutes) may occur as part of the maintenance activities.
