The planned SSL/TLS certificate renewal maintenance has been rescheduled from 16 September 2026 to 20 September 2026, 08:00 PM - 00:30 on 21 September AM CEST.
As part of this renewal, the certificate issuer will change from Sectigo to SSL.com. Customers using certificate pinning, custom trust stores, issuer-based validation, allowlists, or other additional certificate validation mechanisms should review their configurations before the maintenance window. Early Validation Endpoint Available
To support customer testing and validation activities, s-eu.linkmobility.io will be available with the new SSL/TLS certificate starting 16 September 2026 at 00:00 PM CEST. Customers may use this endpoint to verify certificate trust, certificate pinning configurations, issuer validation, and any other custom certificate handling before the scheduled maintenance window on 20 September 2026.
For customers who need to update or validate trusted Certificate Authority (CA) certificates, the SSL.com CA certificate repository is available here: https://www.ssl.com/repository/
Impact No extended service outage is expected. Customers using standard operating system trust stores and standard certificate validation are generally not expected to take any action.
