Dear Customer / Partner,

The issue affecting DLR delivery across several countries has been resolved.

Start time: 2026-11-02 12:00 CET
End time: 2026-11-02 17:15 CET

The issue was related to one of our suppliers and primarily affected DLR message delivery in the following countries:
- Switzerland
- Greece
- Portugal
- Ireland
- Slovenia
Other countries may also have experienced intermittent delays during this period.

MT messages were not affected and continued to be delivered without delays.

Our supplier has resolved the issue, and DLR delivery has returned to normal.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding.
