Impact:
Customers may experience temporary unavailability of WhatsApp message statistics in the MyLink 2.0 portal.
Message delivery is not affected. The issue is limited to the display of message statistics and delivery status updates in the portal.

We are currently investigating the issue and will provide an update as soon as more information becomes available.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience while we work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
