Dear Customer / Partner,

We would like to notify you about an unscheduled disturbance that occurred in the past towards Orange in Spain.

Start Date & Time: 2025-10-24 13:13 CEST
End Date & Time: 2025-10-24 14:13 CEST

Impact: 95% of SMS traffic was undelivered.

The issue has since been resolved, and normal service has been restored.
