Please be informed that we experienced a service disturbance towards Spain.

Start Date & Time: 2026-05-07 05:05 CEST
End Date & Time: 2026-05-07 06:05 CEST

Affected Services:

- Mobile Terminated (MT) messages
- Mobile Originated (MO) messages
- Delivery Reports

Impact:
A portion of traffic towards Spain was failing with an undelivered status during the incident window.

- MT messages were undelivered in some cases
- MO messages were undelivered in some cases
- Delivery Reports were undelivered or not generated in some cases

Our engineers investigated the issue and remained in direct contact with the operator.
