Dear Customer/Partner,

We would like to inform you that on February 10, 2026, between 14:59 and 15:01 CET, a temporary service disruption occurred on the GW2 platform, specifically affecting the API.

During this time window, some customers may have experienced connection issues or timeouts when accessing the GW2/PSW APIs and Link Engage.

The issue has been resolved, and all services are now operating normally.
