Dear Customer / Partner,

Please be aware that there was a disturbance towards Tele2 in Sweden.
Start Date & Time: 2026-05-13 16:35 CEST
End Date & Time: 2026-05-13 16:55 CEST
Affected service: SMS Traffic
Issue: Mobile Terminated messages were delayed or missing.

Our engineers have investigated the incident and we are in contact with the operator. At the moment, the issue is resolved and no further problems with traffic are observed.
