Impact
During the maintenance window, temporary slowness and delays may be observed in Delivery Reports for MO, MT, WhatsAPP and email traffic . Delivery Report delays of up to 15 minutes may occur, and there is a limited risk of message duplication.

The impact is not expected to be continuous and may occur intermittently at any time within the maintenance window.

Core messaging services, including MT and MO message sending, are not impacted and are expected to remain operational throughout the maintenance window.
