Dear Customer / Partner,
We would like to inform you about a scheduled maintenance window for the MyLINK 2.0 platform.

Start Date & Time: 14 September 2025, 18:00 CEST
End Date & Time: 14 September 2025, 20:00 CEST

Impact:
During this time, all MyLINK 2.0 component services will be temporarily unavailable. This includes:

- SMS Mobile Terminated & Mobile Originated traffic
- Delivery Reports (DLRs)
- Email campaigns
- WhatsApp messaging
- RCS messaging

The MyLINK 2.0 portal and all its components will remain accessible for existing accounts; however, new accounts cannot be created during the maintenance window.

The maintenance may cause intermittent disruptions throughout the window, and a full service outage is expected for a significant portion of this period.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we work to enhance our services.
